It is incredible how something so simple and downright honest, as the making of a meal, can be perverted into this complex machine of chemicals and cruelty you'd think it would be more hassle to "create" food in this way but unfortunately it clearly isn't. One of my fonder memories of working at macee dees was discovering that the toasting of the buns was referred to as "caramelising" - the buns were not toasted - the sugar was simply melted! yuck.Poetryjoehttp://www.poetryjoe.comnoreply@blogger.com
